Financial Ombudsman

If your complaint is still unresolved, you can ask for a review from the Financial Ombudsman Service, an independent service that will look into your complaint and make adjudication on our response. The Financial Ombudsman Service reviews complaints from personal customers and business customers with an annual turnover below £6.5 million and that meet one or more of the following criteria: a) fewer than 50 employees, or b) an annual balance sheet below £5 million.

Online Dispute Resolution

If you have purchased a product or service through us online, and want to raise a formal dispute, you can do so through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution procedure. This procedure will help you to access the appropriate dispute resolution body (i.e. The Energy Ombudsman or The Financial Ombudsman Service.)
